Loreena McKennitt steht auch ganz oben auf meiner GirlPower-Hitliste. Eine Stimme zum Verlieben. Zum Sterben schön. Mit dieser Musik möchte ich endgültig einschlafen. Auf ihrer sehr schön gemachten Homepage gibt’s Hörpröbchen von all ihren Songs und zu jedem Song kann man auch den Text nachlesen. So hat eine Künstler-Homepage zu sein!

When in the springtime of the year
When the trees are crowned with leaves
When the ash and oak, and the birch and yew

In the blue veil of the night
The shadows of the trees appear
